First thing you need to know is that our classes are 30 mintues to 1 hr and usually include a warm-up, usually skill training/practice, workout of the day (WOD) and cool down/stretch and are developed and run by your CrossFit Full Throttle Coach.
Second thing is that we are NOT your average gym you may be used to. We're a FULL service core strength and conditioning coaching facility. You're fitness journey will alway involve a CrossFit Full Throttle coach to teach you proper movement and technique while giving you encouragement and being your biggest chearleader. Plus, you will experience the commeraderie, encouragement and competitiveness from your new CrossFit community and family.

The package descriptions below are for a set number of classes within each week. If you don’t attend these classes, the cycle starts over in the next week, and there are no make-ups. Example: if you sign a six-month, three day per week contract, you are not purchasing 108; it’s three classes per week.

Membership Details/Fine Print: *All memberships are auto-debit from a checking account or credit card transaction (unless arranged and approve by managment) on the first of each month unless they are pre-paid in full. Pre-paid memberships (cash payments) require a minimum of a 3-month pre-pay. We require that terminations of membership be requested via email or writing and cancellations must occur at least thirty days from membership fee due date. We do not alter or pro-rate memberships month except when an athlete begins their training aftert the 1st of the month (e.g. if you start training on the 15th you will only be charge for half of that month). We do not reimburse memberships for any reason. If you cancel your membership for more than a month, you will return as a member at the current prices listed on this website. Personal training sessions must be paid before the sessions occur (or at the time of service) and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice must be paid in full.
